The Story

We’ve had a longer relationship with Around the Clock than with any of our other clients. On average, even longer than our own girlfriends. They’re a great, innovative bunch to work with, and with the company investing several hundred thousand into a completely new system for their call centers, they also decided it would be a great time to reinvent themselves.

That’s where we came in.

What We Did

We took them into the 21st century — that’s what we did. Although they had been in business for over 40 years when we first met them, believe it or not, they did not even have a logo to stand by. We went through our delicate processes, crafting an iconic brand that people would remember. Then we went web on them, blowing away their seven current websites (all templates and very web 1.0ish designs) by crafting a single web portal that would eventually serve as their largest marketing investment, not to mention most rewarding.

The Outcome

We still work with ATC today, perfecting their vision and producing quality marketing material that has proven incredibly effective. To top it off Around the Clock Answering Service won the 2011 Best of Cincinnati Award for their new website design and marketing strategies that we put in place!
