The Roy Gingrich Book Ministries have been circulating the world for decades. So much so that the series has sold well over one million books to date. Not bad for a self-published author, especially in a time when self-publishing was the ultimately malady to having your work succeed. In 2006, after Dr Gingrich’s passing, his son Doug asked us to reimagine the ministry, and to create a new template for success.
Since the new owner wanted to get as far away from the original and now outdated designs, we worked to craft a complete campaign that would encompass building a new website, marketing brochures, search engine marketing, social media integration and even a complete redesign of the book covers.
The reception was truthfully better than even we expected. As soon as the new website launched, orders began to pour in by the boatload. Buyers explained that for years they had been searching for the Gingrich commentaries, and that the new website was the only means they had found to order the books. The initial success garnered by the new scheme allowed the commentaries to find their way to the Amazon Kindle where sales have also went from zero to hundreds each month.
